2. The prizes will be automatically credit into the member account, and you can visit “Lucky Spin” under the Member's Dashboard to check your prize. Physical prizes are to be redeemed from Customer Service. 

3. The prizes are all won by chance. The number of prizes is limited, and the first draw is first served.

4. Each free slot spins are valid for only 24 hours, counting down from the time you get the prizes. The chance for the spin will be forfeited after 24 hours.
